If you live in the South Florida area, you may be interested in signing up for Janine's astrology classes. Astrology classes are held on Saturday mornings starting 10:00 a.m. and ending at Noon. Classes are $25.00 per session and last for 2 hours. If you're interested in attending all 10 classes and would like to pay in full at the time of registration, you'll be eligible for a discount. Payment in full at the time of registration for all 10 sessions will be $225.00. Each student will be given their free astrology chart for use during the studies, and each student must purchase The American Ephemeris for the 21st Century 2001 to 2050 at Noon and The American Ephemeris for the 20th Century 1900 to 2000 at Noon by Neil F. Michelsen. These books are available at Amazon.com or your local bookseller. By the end of the term, students will have been taught how to read and interpret their own natal chart, and a current event to be studied and researched by the group will be chosen on the night of the first class. The students will choose the current event, and the entire group will study, interpret, and make forecasts based on the current event's natal chart. Students will also be introduced to the basics of astrological research and data retrieval.

Tarot card classes will be available again in Autumn. Check back for an update in early September. Classes last for 2 hours and each class is $20.00. During each class, the group picks a subject of study, meditation, and interpretation. Some of you are already familiar with Janine's hands-on method of teaching tarot. During the classes that Janine held in 1999, one evening the students picked the upcoming Presidential Election as the subject of study, meditation, and interpretation. They can attest to the fact that the group deduced that:

1. George W. Bush, Jr. would win the election;
2. The wrong man would be elected;
3. There would be much controversy over the election itself and people would wake up the next day and realize that they voted for the wrong man (exactly what happened in Florida); and
4. A dark-haired woman (who turned out to be Kathy Harris, Secretary of State in the State of Florida) would help George Bush win the election, then she would turn her back on him and walk away from the entire situation. (I wonder what she's up to these days?)

Class size is limited to 6 students per class, so please register early. Each student is required to bring their own tarot card deck, notebook, and pen or pencil. A standard tarot card deck is required for this class. If you do not have a deck and are unsure if the deck you want to purchase is traditional, please contact Janine for further information.
